These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Audialize, a service operated by Audialize.com in the Netherlands. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using our APIs, you agree to these Terms.
Audialize is a cloud-based platform for subtitle generation, transcription, translation, dubbing workflows, and related media-processing features. The Service is provided through web interfaces, APIs, and related documentation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any API keys issued to your account.
You may not use the Service to:
• Upload or process content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform or its APIs
• Share credentials or API keys with unauthorised parties
• Bypass usage limits, billing controls, or security mechanisms
• Process content you do not have the rights or permissions to process
You retain ownership of the media files you upload and the outputs generated from your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, process, and store that content only as required to provide the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plans may include usage limits such as processing minutes, storage, or feature entitlements. Unused usage entitlements do not roll over unless expressly stated.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. By subscribing, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your selected payment method for fees, taxes, and any applicable overages.
We may suspend or limit access to the Service if you breach these Terms, create security or operational risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel subscriptions in accordance with your plan terms.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Business customers may request a Data Processing Agreement.
The Service, including our software, interface design, branding, documentation, and related materials, remains the property of Audialize.com or its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
The Service depends on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, and other operational functions. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by those providers beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms, our features, or our pricing from time to time. Where legally required, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
